Daniel Saravia Cakes is the culmination of over 16 years of experience I've gathered as a pastry chef working my way through kitchens large and small at some of San Francisco's premier food establishments - Baker and Banker, Aziza, Piccino, San Francisco Proper Hotel, Facebook HQ, and Airbnb HQ- to name a few. Most recently, I served as Head of Innovation at Butter& and currently serve as Pastry Chef at San Francisco's iconic institution Zuni Cafe.
Although this company is named after its owner & operator (pastry chef, graphic designer, head innovator, marketer, HTML coder, and delivery driver) - it really isn't about me. Collaborating with clients on personally-relevant designs and interesting flavor combinations is the most fulfilling work I have come across.
